    ١٥٠٢ - على بن إبراهيم بن محمد بن الحسين البجلى العبد الصالح. كان يحفظ المهذب والوسبط نقلًا، وتفقه على خلائق من أهل اليمن وانتفعوا ببركته وعمله في الفقه والفرائض، وكل من اشتغل عليه أفلح أو كاد، كان يتردد إلى الحرمين وله كرامات مأثورة، مات ببلدة شجينة من بلاد تهامة في عشر ربيع الآخر من سنة خمس عشرة وسبعمائة، أفاده كله الحافظ عفيف المطرى أبقاه اللَّه.
