١٤٩٠ - الحسن بن الحارث بن الحسين بن خليفة بن نجا بن الحسين بن محمد بن مسكين القرشى الزهرى عز الدين. من أولاد الحارث بن مسكين أحد المالكية المعاصرين للشافعى، كان أحد الأعيان الصلحاء والمدرسين بالمدرسة الصلاحية بجوار الإمام الشافعى، وروى عن الرشيد العطار، وكان عُيِّن لقضاء دمشق، فامتنع لمفارقة الوطن، وكتب ابن الرفعة تحت خطه على فتوى جوابى كجواب سيدى وشيخى، مات سنة عشر وستمائة.
