١٤٨٥ - محمد بن أحمد بن خليل قاضى القضاة شهاب الدين الجوينى وابن قاضى القضاة بدمشق. ولد سنة ست وعشرين وستمائة، ودرس في شبيبَته بالدماغية، ثم ولى قضاء القدس ثم ارتحل إلى القاهرة فولى قضاء النحلة، ثم قلد قضاء حلب ثم عاد إلى قضاء نحلة، ثم تولى قضاء القاهرة والوجه البحرى، ثم قضاء الشام بعد القاضى بهاء الدين بن الزكى، له كتاب ضمنه عشرين علمًا، وصنف "شرح الفصول" لابن معطى، و"نظم علوم الحديث" لابن الصلاح، و"فصيح ثعلب"، وشرح خمسة عشر حديثًا من أول الملخص للقابسى فجاء غاية، مات سنة ثلاث وتسعين وستمائة بدمشق، ودفن عند والده بالجمل.
