١٤٧٣ - أحمد بن أحمد بن نعمة أقضى القضاة شرف الدين المقدسى. تفقه على ابن السلام وبرع وأذن لجماعة بالفتوى، وله مصنف بديع في أصول الفقه جمع فيه بين طريقة الإمام فخر الدين والآمدى، ودرس بالشامية الكبرى والغزالية وولى مشيخة دار الحديث النورية، وناب في الحكم عن ابن الجوينى وكان نظيره في الفضائل، وخطب بجامع دمشق مدة في إنشائه، مات سنة أربع وتسعين وقد نيف على التسعين.
