١٤٤٤ - عمر بن بندار بن عمر قاضى القضاة كمال الدين أبو الفتح التفليسى. ولد سنة إحدى وستمائة، روى عن ابن الليثى ولزم ابن الصلاح، وتقضَّى بدمشق أيام هولاكو فأحسن، ثم عزل وولى حلب، ثم مات بمصر، وكان قد ألزم بالإقامة بها سنة اثنين وسبعين وستمائة، أخذ النووى عنه أصول الفقه.
