١٣٥١ - إبراهيم بن أبى اليسر شاكر بن عبد اللَّه بهاء الدين أبو إسحاق التنوخى المغربي ثم الدمشقى الخطيب.تفقه على الخطيب ضياء الدين الدولعي فبرع ودرس وحدث وروى عن أبيه وغيره، وروى عنه المنذري وغيره، ولى قضاء المعز وهو ابن خمس وعشرين فأقام بها خمس سنين وله: "وليت الحكم خمسًا هن خمسُ ... لعمرى والصبا في العنفوان، فلم يضع الأعادى قدر شأنى ... ولا قالوا فلان قدر شأنى". وتكلم فيه عمر بن الحاجب وقال: كان فيه مرارة وفحش. وكان قد ترك الفقه واشتغل بغيره ولم يكن محمود السيرة كذا قال، مات سنة ثلاثين وستمائة.
