١٣٤٨ - محمد بن علوان بن مهاجر أبو المظفر الموصلى. تفقه على العلامة أبى المحاسن يوسف بن بندار وعلَّق تعاليق ودرس ببلده وأفاد، روى عنه المنذرى، ولد سنة اثنين وأربعين وخمسمائة، ومات كالذى قبله وتهجد ليلة وفاته إلى هوى من الليل، ومن شعره: "كلما قلت للحبيب حبيبى ... صِلْ فجسمى من البعاد سقيمُ قال مُسْتهجِنا فأين إذًا قو ... لك لى أنت في الفؤاد مُقِيمُ". وله ولد اسمه عبد الكريم ولد بالموصل، وتفقه بها على والده ثم رحل إلى بغداد وسمع من جماعة، ثم عاد إلى الموصل ودرس في أماكن كثيرة، ثم فوض إليه القضاء بها سنة ثلاثين وستمائة.
