١٣٤٥ - عثمان بن سعيد بن كثير القاضى شمس الدين أبو عمرو الصنهاجي الفاسى. قدم مصر في صباه وسكنها، وتفقه على الشهاب الطوسى وبرع في المذهب، وسمع هبة اللَّه البوصيرى وغيره، وولى قضاء قوص ودرس بالجامع الأقمر بالقاهرة، مات سنة تسع وثلاثين وستمائة، ومولده ظنًا سنة خمس وستين وخمسمائة.
