١٢٩٣ - على بن أبى البركات هبة اللَّه البغدادى. قاضى القضاة بها ووزيرها، تفقه على أبى القاسم بن فضلان، مات سنة ثلاث وتسعين وخمسمائة عن خمس وخمسين سنة. وكان أولًا يخاطب بأقضى القضاة، ثم لما مات أبو الحسن الدامغانى ولى قضاء القضاة فخوطب بذلك، وهذا يدل على أن هذا الاصطلاح بين هاتين اللفظتين قديم.
