١٢٨٨ - عبد اللَّه بن محمد بن على بن الحسن الميانجى أبو المعالى بن أبى بكر الخراسانى. يعرف بعين القضاة، أحد الأدباء الفضلاء الفقهاء العشر، سبق ذكر والده في الأنساب، صنف في فنون من العلم وظهر القبول فأصابته أعين الكمال، فعمل عليه الوزير أبو القاسم لمنافسة كانت بينهما، والتقط من أثناء تصانيفه ألفاظًا شنيعة تحتاج إلي المراجعة فأبيح دمه، فحمل إلى بغداد وردَّ إلى همدان وصلب. قال ابن السمعانى: ظلمًا سنة خمس وعشرين وخمسمائة. ولما قرب إلى الخشبة ليصلب قال: ﴿وَسَيَعْلَمُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ يَنْقَلِبُونَ﴾ ومن شعره:- "أسجنًا وقيدًا واشتياقًا ... وغربة وبأى ذنب أرد العظيم".
