١٢٣٨ - هبة اللَّه بن يحيى أبو جعفر ابن النوقى الواسطى. تفقه على الفارقى وبرع وناظر، وسرد الصوم أربعين سنة، مات ببلدة واسط سنة إحدى وسبعين وخمسمائة عن ثلاث وثمانين سنة، قلت: وولده الحسين أبو على تفقه على أبيه وبرع، ومات سنة ثمان وثمانين وخمسمائة، وكان مولده سنة ثلاث وعشرين وخمسمائة، وسيأتى في الطبقة بعدها.
