١٢٠٢ - محمد بن على بن المسلم أبو بكر بن جمال الإسلام السلمى الدمشقى. خطيبها ومدرس الأمينية بعد أبيه، تفقه على أبيه ووعظ حياته، وناب في القضاء عن الكمال الشهرزورى، ومات سنة أربع وستين وخمسمائة عن اثنين وستين سنة، وولدهذا أبو الحسن ولد بدمشق سنة أربع وأربعين وخمسمائة أو سنة اثنين، وكان ذا معرفة بالمذهب ويد طولى في الخلاف، سمع من جماعة منهم خالاه الصابر وأبو القاسم ابنا عساكر، وحدَّث ببغداد ومصر ودرس مكان أبيه بالزاوية والأمينية مدة طويلة، وأفتى ثم خرج من دمشق، ومات بعد ما أقام بها مدة سنة اثنين وستمائة.
