١١٩٦ - على بن محمد بن يحيى القاضى زكى الدين أبو الحسن ابن القاضى المنتخب أبى المعالى القرشى الدمشقى. قاضيها وابن قاضيها، استعفى من القضاء فأعفى وذهب إلى العراق فحج منها، ثم عاد إلى بغداد فأقام بها سنة، ومات بها سنة أربع وستين وخمسمائة بالقرب من قبر الإمام أحمد، وكان مولده بدمشق سنة سبع وخمسمائة.
