١١٦٤ - محمد بن عبد الكريم أبو الفتح الشهرستانى. صاحب "الملل والنحل" و"تلخيص الأقسام لمذاهب الأئمة" وتهذيبه"، "الإقلام" "ومصارعة الفلاسفة"، تفقه على أحمد بن محمد الخوافي وصار إمامًا في علم الكلام ووعظ ببغداد مدة، ولد سنة سبع وسبعين وأربعمائة، ومات سنة ثمان وأربعين وخمسمائة، واتهم بالميل إلى الإسماعيلية، ومن شعره: "يا راحلين بمهجه في الحب تبلغيه سقيه ... الحب من بلية وبليتى فوق البلية".
