١٠٠٥ - محمد بن عبد العزيز بن عبد اللَّه النيلى أبو عبد الرحمن. أحد أئمة خراسان، صالح ديِّن، روى عن أبى أحمد الحاكم وغيره، وأملى وطال عمره، روى عنه إسماعيل بن عبد الغافر، مات سنة وثلاثين وأربعمائة عن ثمانين سنة، له ديوان شعر، ومن شعره: "نادى الهوى أسماعه فأجابه ... حتى إذا ما جاز أغلق بابه، أهوى له مزق الفؤاد فلم ... يجد في صدره قلبًا فشق ثيابه.
