٩٠٧ - محمد بن عبد اللَّه بن أحمد أبو عمرو الزرجاهى. نسبة إلى زرجاه -قرية من قرى بسطام-، تفقه على أبى سهل الصعلوكى،وعنه البيهقى، مات سنة ست وعشرين وأربعمائة عن خمس وثمانين، وكانت له حلقة للعلم ومجلس للإملاء بنيسابور، واعلم أنى لم أر هذه النسبة وهى الزرجاهى في اللباب مختصر السمعانى وإنما فيه الأزجاهى، قال: وهى نسبة إلى أزجاه وهى إحدى قرى خابران من خراسان وهى بليدة حسنة، خرج منها جماعة من الأئمة منهم: أبو الفضل عبد الكريم بن يونس بن محمد بن منصور الأزجاهى الشافعى، مات سنة ست وثمانين وأربعمائة، سأذكره في الذيل إن شاء اللَّه.
