    ٨٧٦ - أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن دلوية أبو حامد الإستوائى. سمع بنيسابور أبا أحمد الحاكم وغيره، وقدم بغداد فسمع الدارقطنى وطبقته واستوطنها إلى حين وفاته وولى قضاء عكبرا من قبل القاضى أبى بكر محمد بن الطيب، قال الخطيب: وكان ينتحل مذهب الشافعى، وفى الأصول مذهب الأشعرى، وله حظ من معرفة الأدب والعربية، وكان صدوقًا، مات في سنة أربع وثلاثين وأربعمائة.
