    ٧٩١ - محمد بن الحسن المرعشى. نسبة إلى مرعش -بفتح العين- بلدة من بلاد الشام وراء الفرات، له كتاب "ترتيب الأقسام على مذهب الإمام" قال فيه: إن الكلب إذا ولغ في إناء لم يطهر إلا بأن يغسل سبع مرات أولاهن أو إحداهن بالتراب. وهو موافق لنصه في الأم والبويطى، ونقل عن المزنى أنه يأبى نجاسة الخمر. لا أعرف طبقته ولا وفاته الآن، والنسخة التى وقعت لى من الكتاب المذكور تاريخ مقابلتها سنة ثمان وستين وخمسمائة، وذكر في خطبته أنه صنف كتابًا آخر أبسط منه.
