٧٦٥ - محمد بن عبيد اللَّه أبو الفضل البلعمى. نسبة إلى بلعم بلدة من بلاد الروم، وزير إسماعيل بن أحمد صاحب خراسان، وهو من أصحاب محمد بن نصر المروزى، وكان ينتحل مذهب الحديث -أى الفقهاء الشافعية- له "تلقيح البلاغة" و"مقالات"، مات سنة تسع وعشرين وثلثمائة.
