٧٥٣ - على بن أحمد بن الحسن الفقيه أبو الحسن النعيمى. قال الحاكم: كان من أعيان فقهاء الشافعيين من أصحاب أبى الحسن البيهقى: قال: وكان يدرس بنيسابور سنين وسمع أبا عمرو الحيرى وغيره وكتب الكثير عن أبى العباس الدولعى واعتزل في آخر عمره ورفض المجلس وحدَّث، مات سنة إحدى وسبعينوثلثمائة، حدث عنه الحاكم.
