٦٦٩ - أبو المعالى عبد اللَّه عين القضاة. كان فقيهًا علامة أديبًا يضرب به المثل في الذكاء، ودخل في التصوف ودقائقه ومعانى إشارات القوم حتى ارتبط عليه الخلق، ثم صلب بهمدان على تلك الألفاظ الواقعة منه في جمادى الآخرة سنة خمس وعشرين وخمسمائة، نسأل اللَّه العافية. وصحب القاضى أبا بكر والشيخ أبا إسحاق، وكان معه في الرحلة إلى نيسابور ومنهم من وهم فقال: الذى صحب الشيخ والده. وسيأتى في الطبقة السادسة من الطبقة الثانية.
