    ٥٣٨ - الشيخ أبو المعالى. ذكره القاضى حسين في تعليقه في الطلاق في مسألة إذا قال: أنت طالق أقل من طلقتين وأكثر من طلقة المتقدمة في ترجمة أبى إبراهيم الفقيه، فقال: وقعت بنيسابور فأفتى فيها الشيخ أبو المعالى بأنه يقع طلقتان. وأفتى فيها الفقيه أبو إبراهيم بوقوع الثلاث قيل فرجع الشيخ إلى قول الفقيه. ويرجح الأول بأن التقدير أنت طالق طلاقًا هو أقل من طلقتين وأكثر من طلقة.
