٥١٨ - أبو الفضل بن محمد بن العراقى. فذاك متأخر يعرف بالركن الطاوسى "صاحب التعاليق في الخلاف"، مات بهمدان سنة ستمائة، كما ذكره ابن خلكان، وأخوه عبد اللَّه أبو العلاء صاحب "الطريفة" أيضًا في الخلاف، مات سنة سبع عشرة وستمائة تقريبًا ودرس بالحاجبية بعد أخيه، وأخوه قطب الدين وهو أكبرهما كان قاضى القضاة بعراق العجم مدة، ومولد الثلاثة بقزوين، ذكر ذلك التفليسى، وثم ثالث يقال له أبو الفضل العراقى.
