    ٤٧٦ - أبو سعد بن أحمد. شارح أدب القضاة لأبى عاصم العبادى، وهو أبو سعد محمد بن أحمد أبى يوسف الهروى، ولى قضاء همدان تلميذ أبى عاصم العبادى ذكره الرافعى في العيوب والغصب والمسائل المنثورة الملحقة بالباب الأول من الإجارة وبالغ في الاعتماد على شرحه، فتارة يصرح باسمه وتارة يقول فيه بعض أصحاب العبادى فاعلمه، وذكره عبد الغافر الفارسى في ذيله أن القاضى أبا سعد قتل شهيدًا مع ابنه في جامع همذان في شعبان سنة ثمان عشرة وخمسمائة، وأنه كان رجلًا ذا هيبة لكنه خالف المذكور أولًا في الأب، فقال: محمد بن نصر بن منصور فيجوز أن يكون أباه وأن يكون غيره.
