٤٠٧ - إسماعيل بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن على الحضرمى. شارح المهذب قطب الدين. قال الشيخ عفيف الدين المطرى المطرني أبقاه اللَّه: له المصنفات الشهيرة فيما يتعلق بالمذهب، مع الكرامات الظاهرة الشهيرة التى كادت تبلغ التواتر. سمع الفقيه تقى الدين محمد بن إسماعيل ابن أبى الصيف اليمني وأجاز له، وسمع جماعة من أهل اليمن غيره، وتفقه عليه خلائق، وروى عنه جلة. قال: أخبرنا عنهشيخنا شهاب الدين أحمد بن الفقيه أبى الخير بن منصور اليمنى، قال: وكأنه توفي في حدود سنة ست أو سبع وسبعين وستمائة.
