٣٩٨ - إبراهيم بن عبد اللَّه بن عبد المنعم بن على بن محمد بن مالك. وقيل ياسك ابن أبى الدم الهمدانى بإسكان الميم، القاضى شهاب الدين أبو إسحاق الحموى صاحب "أدب القضاء" وشرح الوسيط، "والتاريخ"، والفرق الإسلامية"، وكان إمامًا في المذهب ومصنفاته تدل على فضله، سمع ببغداد من ابنسُكينة وغيره، وحدَّث بالقاهرة ودمشق وحلب وحماة، وولي القضاء بحماة، ولد سنة ثلاث وثمانين وخمسمائة , ومات بها سنة اثنين وأربعين وستمائة.
