٣٨٣ - عبد الرحيم الحافظ أبى سعد عبد الكريم أبو المظفر بن السمعانى. اعتنى به أبوه وأسمعه ورحل به وجمع له معجمًا وعوالى وأشغله في الفقه والحديث والأدب، وروى عنه في الذيل، روى عنه الحازمى وابن الصلاح وغيرهما، ولد سنة سبع وثلاثين وخمسمائة، وعدم في دخول التتار إلى مرو سنة ست عشرة وستمائة أو التى تليها، قال ابن النجار: وانتهت إليه رئاسة أصحاب الشافعى، وبه كان ختام هذا البيت الطاهر.
