٣٨٠ - محمد بن يونس بن محمد بن منعة بن ملك عماد الدين أبو حامد الموصلى. تفقه أولًا على والده ثم ارتحل إلى بغداد فتفقه وسمع ثم عاد إلى بلده ودرس وتقضَّى، وعلى يديه انتقل السلطان نور الدين أرسلان صاحب الموصل من مذهب أبى حنيفة إلى مذهب الشافعى، ومن مصنفاته: "المحيط" جمع بين "المهذب"، و"الوسيط"، و"شرح الوجيز"، وصنف جدلًا وعقيدة، وقال ابن خلكان: ولم يزرع سعادة في مصنفاته، فإنهاليست على قدر فضائله، وكان موسوسًا لا يمس القلم للكتابة إلّا ويغسل يده، ومات ببلده سنة ثمان وستمائة عن ثلاث وسبعين سنة. وحفيده تاج الدين عبد الرحيم بن محمد (١) مصنفه "التعجيز"، مات سنة سبعين وستمائة كما سيأتى.
