٣٧٨ - عثمان بن عيسى بن درباس ضياء الدين الهدباني المازانى أبو عمر الكردى الموصلى.أخو القاضى بالديار المصرية صدر الدين، تفقه على ابن أبى عصرون وغيره، وبرع حتى كان من أعلم الشافعية في زمانه، وناب عن أخيه في القضاء، "شرح المهذب" إلى الشهادات في عشرين مجلدًا أو أكثر "وشرح اللمع" له في مجلدين، ومات سنة اثنتى عشرة وستمائة وقد قارب التسعين، ودفن بالقرافة، ولما مات أخوه صدر الدين سنة خمس وستمائة عزل الضياء عن النيابة، وأنشأ له بعض الأمراء الكنهارية -مدرسة بين القصرين- ووقفها عليه، ولم يزل بها إلى أن مات، وهذه المدرسة دخلت في المنصورة في الإيوان القبلى.
