٣١٥ - محمد بن الفضل بن أحمد أبو عبد اللَّه الصاعدى الفراوى النيسابورى. فقيه الحرم لأنه أقام بالحرمين مدة يعظ ويسمع ويعلم، تفقه على الإمام وغيره وسمع صحيح مسلم من عبد الغافر الفارسي وتفرد به، قال عبدان الفراوى: أملى ألف جزء. ولد سنة إحدى وأربعين بنيسابور، ومات بها سنة ثلاثين وخمسمائة، ودفن بجانب ابن خزيمة، وله كتاب في المذهب فيه غرائب.
