٣٠٨ - أسعد بن محمد بن أبى نصر بن المفضل أبو الفتح وأبو سعيد الميهنى. - بكسر الميم- نسبة إلى ميهنة قرية بين سرخس وأبيورد، صاحب التعليقة، درس بالنظامية بمرو وبالعراق، تفقه على أبى المظفر السمعانى، مات بهمدان سنة سبع وعشرين وخمسمائة عن سبع وستين سنة، ولما حضرته الوفاة قال لمن عنده: اخرحوا عنى. وإذا هو يلطم وجهه ويقول: واحسرتا على ما فرطت في جنب اللَّه فلم يزل يكرر ذلك حتى مات.
