٢٩٣ - عبد العزيز بن على أبو الفضل الأُشنُهى. - بضم الألف وسكون الشين وضم النون- نسبة إلى قرية أشنه بليدة بأذربيحان كذا قيده ابن السمعانى في "الأنساب"، قال ابن الصلاح: وظني أنه صاحب الفرائض المشهورة. قلت: نقل غيره عن ابن السمعانى في غير أنسابه أنه هو من غير شك. تفقه على أبى إسحاق الشيرازى، وسمع وأسمع، صنف الفرائض أيضًا، وحكى عنه أنه رجع إلى بغداد لرد قلم استعاره، ثم رجع إلى بلده، مات ببلده ﵀ وإيّانا، ولهم آخر أشنهى يقال أبو العباس أحمد بن موسى في الطبقة الثالثة بعد العشرين من الطبقة الثانية، وثالث سيأتى في الذيل في حرف الألف.
