٢٨٣ - عبد الباقى بن يوسف أبو تراب المراغى. تفقه على القاضى أبى الطيب الطبرى، جاءه التقليد بقضاء همدان فأبى أن يقبله وقال: أنا في انتظار المنشور من اللَّه على يد عبده ملك الموت وقدومى على الآخرة، أنا بهذا المنشور أليق بمنشور القضاء، ثم قال: قعودى في هذا المسجد ساعة أحب إليَّ من أن أكون ملك العراقين، ومسألة من العلم يستفيدها منى طالب أحب إليَّ من عمل الثقلين. مات سنة اثنين وتسعين وأربعمائة وقد جاوز التسعين.
