٢٣٦ - محمد بن أحمد القاضى أبو عاصم العبادى. نسبة إلى جدٍّ له اسمه عباد الهروى أحد الأعيان، أخذ الفقه عن الأستاذ أبى طاهر وأبى عمر البسطامى، وغيرهما، وصنف "المبسوط"، و"الهادى" و"أدب القاضى"، و"المياه"، و"الأطعمة"، و"زيادات الزيادات"، و"طبقات الفقهاء"، مات سنة ثمان وخمسين وأربعمائة عن ثلاث وثمانين سنة. قلت: وولده أبو الحسن صاحب "الرقم" من أئمة أصحابنا المراوزة، ولد سنة خمس وأربعمائة، ومات سنة خمس وتسعين.
