١٩١ - يوسف بن على بن محمد بن الحسين الزنجانى الشيخ أبو القاسم. تفقه على أبى إسحاق الشيرازى، وسمع ابن النقور وغيره، وعنه السلفى في "معجمه"، وقال: كان من أئمة أصحاب الشافعى وفحول النظار، إمامًا في الفقه، مرضى الطريقة. قال: وكان أستاذنا الكيا أبو الحسن الطبرى يفضله على جميع فقهاء بغداد، ويكتب تحت خطه في الفتاوى، ويقول: لو كان بخراسان رحلوا إليه. ولد سنة تسع وثلاثين وأربعمائة، ومات سنة خمسمائة، وله فتاوٍ مجموعة.
