١٦٤ - محمد بن عبد الباقى الماخُوانى. بضم الخاء، نسبة إلى قرية بمرو. ذكره الرافعى في الباب في أركان الطلاق عنه أنه قال: إذا قال لك طلقة لا تقع به شيء وهو الإمام أبو الفضل. قال السمعانى في "الأنساب" إمام فاضل متبحر في المذهب، تفقه على أبى طاهر السنجى، روى لنا عنه ابناهأحدهما عتيق مات سنة وأربعين وخمسمائة، والآخر عبد الرازق مات ببلده سنة نيف وأربعين وخمسمائة، ومات والدهما سنة نيف وستين وأربعمائة.
