٦٧ - أحمد بن أبى أحمد أبو العباس بن القاص. سمى بذلك لأنَّه قص على الناس أي وعظ، وذكر القصص حين دخل إلى الديلم وجعله أبو سعد القاص ابن القاص، أخذ الفقه عن ابن سريج، وله "المفتاح"، و"أدب القاضى"، و"المواقيت"، و"إحرام المرأة"، و"التلخيص" الذى شرحه الأئمة الإسماعيلى والقفال والسنجى، وله جزء في فوائد حديث أبى عمير سمعناه. مات بطرسوس سنة خمس وثلاثين وثلثمائة في حالة الوعظ عن وجد وغشية. قاله ابن خلكان ووقع في "التهذيب" للنووى: أن والده قد مات بذلك ووقع في "كفاية ابن الرفعة" في باب ستر العورة ابن بنت أبى أحمد وصوابه ابن أبى أحمد كما أسلفنا.
