    ٣٨ - أحمد بن محمد الصابونى. من غرائبه: أنَّ أم الزوجة لا تحرم إلَّا بالدخول بالزوج كعكسه، ذكره النووى في "تهذيبه" وذكره العبادى في "طبقاته" في أخر الطبقة المتقدمة على ابن سريج، وفي تاريخ الحاكم أحمد بن يوسف الصابونى أبو الحسن المناظر الجدلى المتعصب للسنة، وولد بنيسابور سنة ثلاث وثلاثمائة؛ فيجوز أن يكون هو صاحب الترجمة.
