٢٧ - أحمد بن عبد اللَّه بن يوسف أبو بكر. ذكره أبو عاصم العبادى وحكى عنه أنه قال: سمعت المزنى يقول وقد سئل عن رجل تزوج امرأة على بيت متعين فقال: يجوز إذا كان على معنى قول الشافعى إذا كان مثلقول القائل: "يقول المرءُ أن يعطى مُناه ... ويأبى اللَّه إلا ما أرادا، يقول المرء فائدتى ومالى ... وتقوى اللَّه كثير ما استفادا". والرافعى نقل هذه الحكاية عن القفال الشاشى عنه في الصداق، وروى عن المزنى قال: قال الشافعى فيمن تكشف في الحمام: إنها لا تقبل شهادته لأن الستر فرض. مات سنة ست عشرة وثلاثمائة، وقيل سنة خمس عشرة وهو وهم كما نبه عليه الخطيب.
