٢٣ - إبراهيم بن إسحاق بن بشير أبو إسحاق العربى. الفقيه الحافظ. ولد سنة ثمان وتسعين ومائة، سمع مسددًا وغيره، وعنه ابن صاعد وغيره، أثنى عليه الخطيب قال أبو عاصم: لم يكن ببغداد أفقه ولا أأدب منه، وذكر أنه أباح نكاح المجوسيات قال: وقيل إنه خالف الإجماع. قلت: لكن وافقه ابن حربويه وأبو إسحاق وأبو ثور كما سلف في تركته بناء على أنه ذو كتاب. مات سنة خمس وثمانين ومائتين قاله الشيخ أبو إسحاق.
