الحسن بن عليّ بن الحسن بن عليّ، أبو عليّ، ابن عماد الموصليّ، الفقيه الشافعي (٥). قرأ على أبي بكر الشاشي، وأسعد الميهني (٦)، وإلكيا الهرّاسي (٧)، وعلّق عليهم الأصول والجدل والخلاف، وقرأ علم الأدب على الفصيحي (٨)، وقرأ القرآن بالرّوايات على أبي العزّ القلانسي (٩)، وسمع الحديث منالمزرفي (١)، وابن الحلواني (٢)، وابن الغسّاني. ودرّس وأفتى وروى. وصنّف كتبا، منها: كتاب المواعظ والخطب، وكتاب في الفرائض، وكتاب الاقتصاد في القرآن، وديوان شعره. وتوفّي بالموصل يوم الاثنين ثالث عشر جمادى الآخرة من سنة تسع وعشرين وخمس مائة.
