أحمد بن يحيى بن عليّ بن يحيى المنجّم، أبو الحسن (١). كان أديبا شاعرا فاضلا، أحد رؤساء زمانه/٧٤/ في علم الكلام، وعلوم الدّين والافتنان في الآداب، وله أخبار مع الراضي بالله في منادمته إياه ذكرها المرزبانيّ، وقال: له من الكتب: كتاب أخبار أهله (٢)، وكتاب الإجماع في الفقه على مذهب ابن جرير الطّبري، وكتاب المدخل إلى مذهبه (٣)، وكتاب الأوقات. ومات في سنة سبع وعشرين وثلاث مائة عن نيّف وسبعين سنة.
