محمد بن سعد بن محمد بن محمد الدّيباجيّ المروزيّ، أبو الفتح النّحويّ (٦).شيخ جميل (١)، حسن العشرة، كان ينظر في خزانة الكتب التي بجامع مرو، وكان مولده بمرو سنة سبع عشرة وخمس مائة، قرأ النّحو على أبيه، ولقي الزمخشريّ. وصنّف عدّة تصانيف، منها: كتاب المحصّل في شرح المفصّل، وكتاب شرح أنموذج الزمخشري، وكتاب تهذيب مقدّمة الأدب للزمخشريّ أيضا، وكتاب القانون الصّلاحيّ وأودية النّواحي (٢)، وكتاب منافع أعضاء الحيوان، وكتاب فلك الأدب. وكانت وفاته في ثاني عشر صفر من سنة تسع وستّ مائة. وحجّ وقد بلغ عمره إحدى وسبعين سنة، وكان سبب موته أنه عثر بعتبة بابه فسقط على وجهه، فتعقّب ذلك موته.
