محمد بن يونس بن محمد بن منعة، أبو حامد الموصليّ، المعروف بالعماد (٤). كان مولده بالموصل في سنة خمس وثلاثين وخمس مائة صنّف في الفقه عدّة كتب، منها: كتاب المحيط في الجمع بين المهذّب والوسيط (٥)، وكتاب شرح الوجيز للغزّالي (٦)، وكتاب في الجدل، وتعليقة (٧)، وغير ذلك. كانت وفاته في سلخ جمادى الآخرة من سنة ثلاث وستّ مائة (٨).
