محمد بن عليّ بن إبراهيم الهرّاسيّ (١). أحد مفاخر خوارزم والمشار إليه بها في علم الأدب. وقد صنّف كتبا منها: كتاب التصريف (٢)، وكتاب شرح ديوان المتنبّي (٣)، وكتاب لمع البلاغة والبراعة في النثر والنّظم (٤). ومن شعره قوله: [السريع] ولي حبيب شذّ في خلقه ... أعشق منه عينه الفاتره في وجهه بشر إذا ما بدا ... وفي صميم القلب النّائره (٥) كانت وفاته في سنة خمس وعشرين وأربع مائة.
