محمد بن أحمد بن إسحاق بن يحيى، أبو الطيّب الوشّاء النّحويّ (٧).أديب حسن التصنيف، مليح التأليف. ذكر ابن النّديم تصانيفه فقال: له من الكتب كتاب مختصر في النّحو، وكتاب الجامع في النّحو، وكتاب المقصور والممدود، وكتاب المذكّر والمؤنّث، وكتاب الفرق، وكتاب خلق الإنسان، وكتاب خلق الفرس، وكتاب المثلّث، وكتاب أخبار صاحب الزّنج، وكتاب الزّاهر في الأنوار والزّهر، وكتاب السّلوان، وكتاب المذهّب، وكتاب الموشّح، وكتاب سلسلة الذهب، وكتاب أخبار المتظرّفات، وكتاب الحنين إلى الأوطان، وكتاب حدود الظّرف، وكتاب الموشّى (١). وكانت وفاته في سنة خمس وعشرين وثلاث مائة.
