    [٨٥٦] محمَّد بن الحسن، السَّمسار. كذا في "المعرفة" برقم (٤٣٢): أخبرني محمَّد بن الحسن السمسار ثنا ابن أبي عمر. وفي "ذم الكلام وأهله" للهروي (٤/ ١٠٨): أخبرنا أبو يعقوب إسحاق بن إبراهيم القراب، أخبرنا أبو النضر محمَّد بن الحسن السمسار، حدثنا محمَّد بن إبراهيم بن خالد. وقال محققه الشيخ عبد الرحمن الشبل: محمَّد بن الحسن لم أتمكن من العثور على ترجمة له. قال مقيده -عفا الله عنه-: هارون بن يوسف هو ابن هارون الشطوي كما في "تاريخ بغداد" (١٤/ ٢٩)؛ فقد ذكر أنه يروي عن محمَّد بنيحيى بن أبي عمر، وذكر من الرواة عنه محمَّد بن الحسن بن مقسم، فإن يكن صاحب الترجمة هو ابن مقسم فقد سبقت ترجمته.
