محمَّد بن أبي حازم، أبو بكر الحافظ بالكوفة. كذا في "المستدرك" (١/ ٦٠٩/ ١١٦٥)، وصوابه محمَّد بن أبي دارم، كما في "إتحاف المهرة" (٢/ ٢٢١/ ١٥٩١)، وبسبب هذا التصحيف بُيِّض له في "رجال الحاكم" (٢/ ٤٠٣)، وقال محقق كتاب "القضاء والقدر" لم أجد له ترجمة.
