    [٧٢٨] محمَّد بن أحمد بن الحسن، أبو أحمد، الحسنوي، الفامي -وفي بعض المصادر: القاري- النَّيْسابُوري. سمع: أبا بكر محمَّد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة، وأبا العباس محمَّد بن إسحاق السَّرَّاج. وعنه: أبو عبد الله الحاكم.ترجمه الحاكم في "تاريخه" والذهبي في "تاريخ الإِسلام" وذكر أنه توفي في جمادى الأولى سنة خمس وسبعين وثلاثمائة. قلت: [مجهول الحال] وتعيين سنة الوفاة ترفع جهالة العين. "مختصر تاريخ نيسابور" (٤٨/ ب)، "تاريخ الإِسلام" (٢٦/ ٥٨٠).
