إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن محمَّد بن يحيى. كذا في "المستدرك" (١/ ٣١٩/ ٧٧١)، و"إتحاف المهرة" (٦/ ١٠٧)، وفي "رجال الحاكم" (١/ ٢١٩) ما نصه: "قال أبو أحمد المكي: الظاهر أنه أبو إسحاق إبراهيم بن محمَّد بن يحيى المزكي" أهـ. قال مقيده -عفا الله عنه-: هذا الظاهر غير ظاهر وإنما هو إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن محمَّد بن إبراهيم بن عمار بن يحيى؛ نسب جده إلى جده الأعلى وهو الآتي بعد.
